‘The Old Guard’ movie omg Netflix was EXCELLENT. And had some pretty great representation: a black female lead, and an adorable LGBTQ+ couple.
Plus, just plain good acting, an engaging storyline, and memorable characters.
"The combination of exciting premise and a strong cast of characters—especially our heroine—makes for an exciting, well-paced and thoroughly fantastic read."
Reminded me a little of that Netflix movie, The Old Guard, only with superior writing and much better characters.
